my maid told me she had pad the $1200 insurance to philipine agent, and she was so suprise that we need to paid to HK agent for their insurance, so actually it's the HK agent union + philipine agent union making money from us.
I think it might be the samething, they will charge both of us the maid and employers, making double benefit...... we need to wake up
you have no where to check because the power of philipine union is very strong in HK, unless both of the government consolates has issue on it, otherwise, we would just accept the games
My agent said the so-called news about full pay for domestic helpers is been a year, that's still not yet anounce, no need to pay a penny for it
