you can use a hot towel to soften your breast first, then do you know how to pump milk by hand ? Because when my first bb born, I have no milk supply until the 7th day and then suddenly my breast becomes hard, I have used the electric pump in hospital but still can't pump out any milk. Fortunately, a very kind nurse who is specialise in BF help me to pump out the milk by hand... she said use hand is more efficient at the very beginning when the milk is not yet been pump / suck out smoothly ... maybe you can try this method first. Cos after that time, I can feed my bb and pump out milk from milk pump....
