其實吾明點解呢個議題會變左歧視外傭。吾管制就真係歧視請外傭嘅傭主,既然所有benefit 都跟本地勞工法例睇齊,咁點解冇試用期?點解員工毀約仲要賠機票?機票原意係完約送走工人,有d似contract end bonus 咁。等同香港打工仔簽contract, 未完約冇maturity allowance 道理之麻。另外產假,我大肚時咪一樣做到隻嘢咁,重要安排好放產假時嘅工作,放假中一樣要跟嘢,但外傭可以點樣吾影響佢地工作下受到產假保障?根本應該加條例,如懷孕合約自動終止因未能"理\"行工作,未完約冇機票等!set up database for maid employment records and future and slow public enquiring with consent from agency or maid 咁又可有私穩,如工人或aa 吾願俾人check就知咩事。等於打工仔搵工都可以打去前僱主/HR 問嘢,入境處唻就係外傭HR咁,佢地負責批吾批working visa 如同HR 負責 screen applicants.
