I also fired 4 maid in 3 yrs. I am waiting for the 5rd one. 做過/未做過, 出外(Sinagore, Arab) yan yan 均試過, all is fired at one end. Some are not keen on playing with my son or don't know how to take care. Some are stolen my things (include small coins, skin care products, bird nests....)...some are...........many many things.
另外,我見我個yan yan基本上無犯必炒的罪,也不是做得差.但因為是回教,日日煮飯要就她,不吃豬肉,不懂英文及其餘之前posted出來的其他原因等等,覺得喜歡用bun bun多d.想不用她時,想比條好d路佢行,想出埋封reference letter 比佢搵新僱主.但又擔心如果講因為佢係yan,而我們想用菲,所以炒她,會唔會比佢有藉口玩野(例如話無理解僱等)?
多謝你的提議, 不過我好難用這個理由,因我是full time mum,我兩個細佬也有7歲及5歲,基本上唔係要人湊.請工人主要做家務,和同佢地玩.之前有朋友唔想同個菲續約,想講得好聽d,話給屋企人湊,不需要工人,點知比個工人告,要賠遣散費.另外,我都有諗過,想早d同佢講,等佢去搵過份工,但後來聽說,未完約傭工,被解約後就算有人有興趣請佢,佢都要返家鄉,再重新申請來港,加上申請yan yan 一定經agent,費用貴過菲菲,我諗唔會有僱主肯等佢.,就算早d通知都幫唔到佢!
其實我依家都有d15/16,因我的yan yan 最近又好像幾乖,做野主動左,清潔煮食不錯,同兩個細佬好似玩得幾開心.唉,但我已經agent請緊一個菲菲,比了千多元,如果工人來了可退回一千元;臨時唔要則無晒.但choose時得好少選擇,個菲不是自己最喜歡.個菲姐34歲話未婚無細佬(有些懷疑),在台灣做過,但未完約(3年約只做了年多,理由話照顧個公公死左),又無reference letter.但agent極力推薦,話唔駛點教,未來過hk好d,因我這些full time mum很不受歡迎 ,加上佢外型ok(太老太醜兩個細佬又唔中意),最後就簽了這個. :cry: 都唔知應唔應該轉?
