Recently, I am searching the info. about the renewal of my Philipine maid's contract. I found that it is quite complicated. Perhaps I'm lazy to study the info. Would like to know the approx. agency fee if I ask an agent to help.
If it is not expensive, I would consider asking an agent to help, instead of doing the renewal matters myself.
Did anyone do the renewal matters not via agency? Is it so complicated? Should I go to Immigration Registry or Consulate first?
How about the passport, my maid need to renew her passport, I also have to pay for it.... it is not so far, I pay for that only for this contract but she can use this passport for ten years travel.... :-(
I told my maid to re-new her passport by herself before, then she asked the agent for how to arrange it and finally she renewed her passport all by herself and pay for it also.
how come my agent ask me to pay for it, she said that is follow the contract. I need to pay $220 for renew passport and mis. fee. How come they don't need to pay any for their own thing. Only for renew the contract and passport and visa, I totally spent $2500 and the air fare $2500. $5000 for renew a contract it is too expensive la... :-(
