Think twice before you do this. Please do check against your Employee Insurance Policy to confirm if it covers your maid's employment with you outside Hong Kong. Otherwise, you will be in SERIOUS TROUBLE if she suffers from any personal injury while working for you out of Hong Kong, for example, she has a traffic accident in PRC etc.
Just a word of warning - If your policy does not cover the case and if any unfortunate event happens, then apart from facing the risk of being criminally prosecuted, you will also be liable to subsequent civil claims by your 'bun bun' under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance and the common law; and no indemnity will be provided with you by your insurer under such circumstances.
