My maid just work for me for 4 months. She had borrow $1000 2months ago. And she said will return $500 in the following 2 months.
Today, she asked for borrow money again. This time $4000!!! I said this is too much and I asked her why need to borrow money. She said her father had hypertension and need medical treatment.
She is a very good at her work, hard working, and smart. We had good relationship. So I borrow her $2000 again :-( :-(
I don't want she borrow money from other "Big Ear Hole "

yes, before my maid borrowed $5000 from me just after she worked for us some months. I borrowed to her and forced her to promise to return in 2 months (each month deduce $2500 from salary). She did returned.
You must asked her to sign some receipt and gurantee not to borrow again . By the way, you must remind her not to borrow from the "Big Hole" seriously, otherwise you will fire her in no doubt.
