Thanks so much for your guys help.... I want to book a car too as my daughter is 7 year old but she still have a nap time after lunch. It really have no fun If we need to carry her walk along the subway in Tokyo.

If you really wants to book a car to travel in Tokyo, i suggest you to travel the outskirt of Tokyo instead of driving it inside the downtown because of both traffic jam and car park fee.
We booked a 5-seats Mazda at JPY26,400 for 4 days (Mazda shop at 高田馬場) through TooCoo website.
同意dogdogling 所講,由近效入東京就好塞車。但喺東京市內,我又唔覺好塞車。但parking space & 油站係兩大concerns. 其實而家metro + JR 都好方便, 東京市內真冇需要租車玩。Rent-a-car can't help to solve problem of kid's nap time.
