Beware of the air conditioners repairs and cleaning shop just next to 雀橋街 recreation area. I had bad experience with them as during air conditioner repair, the technician purposely failed the power system and alleged that the electrical fuse boxes and wiring of our flat had deteriorated and asked whether we would like them to do the repair at a cost (unreasonably high) quoted by them. While we are considering, they keep persuading us to do the repair and are willing to reduce the fee up to 60%. Finally when we declined their offer and said we would appoint our own electrical technicians, they just got everything back to normal and left, fearing that their trick would be uncovered. After that, we are astonished to learn that there are quite a number of similar cases within our neighbours.
If you have friend lives in 又一邨, just tell them beware of this engineering shop.
