Taking calaium from food would be the best if you can do it.
I have a lot of milk, cheese, yorgurt (any kinds of dairy products) every day before & after pregnancy and eat a lot of 雞腳、花生. All of these contain rich amount of calcium. So far that I have no problem with my teeth / the level of calcium.
Bur remember to have skimmed/ low-fat dairy products coz we do need calcium but NOT fat.
