I did the OSCAR test on Wed am at Union. It takes me less than 30mins!!! And I got the verbal result on Friday.. the nurse said it's veryvery low risk.
their staffs are all friendly. And I got a great news, if u have any of their staff sign for "check-in" for you, you will have 5% discount for hospital fee! (hmm, but they have to be there at the moment u check-in.. not really easy)
I am lucky.. I know a few people work there (direct or indirect). So anyone of you want to give birth in Union should start asking your friends if they know anyone works there =P
