will u consider to buy a manual milk pump?
if u have enough time to pump milk during work, may be u can try to pump longer time to stimulate more milk.
organic mother milk tea bag can drink at anytime and may drink up to 2 or 3 bags per day, but the effect is depend on person.
after feeding baby, u may use the pump to keep on pump milk for a while to stimulate the production.
u can try to wake up middle of the night to pump one time which also helps.

1. 多奶茶(Organic mother milk tea) for me is good.
I drink it at office everyday.
Brewed it, then squeezed the tea bag with spoon.
2. I think a good & effective milk pump for you to 提高奶量 is important.
As your BB is only 4 months old, you surely can提高奶量 & maintain breastfeeding. Relax la!
Avent & Medela also are good choices that many nursing mamas here are using, including me.
3. 半夜pump milk + 仔仔食時, 另一邊就泵 really are good methods to increase milk supply.
It take time, please be patient.
My experience is : Your milk supply gradually will be increased after 1-2 weeks.
