i hv same prob with you too. it's too late to manage your skin la. Autumn is coming.
the most important thing is u need to buy a hudmifier in your home.
then, buy Eloment Cream for your hand & finger if you got allergy.
every nite, if you use bath, pour some baby oil into it. if you use shower, put some baby oil all over your body before you dry it by towel.
then, no matter LCN or QV, put lots all over your body once again.
for your ankle, buy some cream especially for ankle. put thick layer & then wear socks to go to sleep.
for hands, wear glove every time when you need to washing dishes. don't be mean, need to buy a very good hand cream. u can't waste money in it la~! i recommend Jurlique or Aesop. you can try it in shop 1st & then walk around for an hour or try to wash it ect... u will know why they worth that expensive.
