I have bad feeling for my selected design and contracting co. I fould this compay because he was great show in I-cabel and have road show presentation in wan Chai. The first impression for me is very good and I thing is should be my smart chance....! Now almost finish the contract but end up over budget more them 30 %, because a lot of parts at the contarct is not included. You know that just a budget issue but the improtant think is their designer selling them how professional and sure atlease 95% match to the design what the present. endup is a lot of excuse to tell you can not do that and that ! also the material they order price is higher then market mroe then 200%
They alway present their how professional and good quality ! but the resule show me that's just a MAKE IN CHINA process ! and they charge you near 60% higher from market.

At the beginning i have also choosen some well known with advert company to get the quotes, they looked professional, but after talking to them, they are like photocopier or scanner, no personal advice..!! I mean i want a house that have my ideas in it, but they just give me the 'standard' layout.
That's why i end up with the choice i had. I was a bit scare that they might not be up to standard (not a big company), but a bit of surprise, they did real ok.. on time, good work and good service.
So, how is ur house now?

No happy ending la ! I sent them lawer letter to fix the problem and quality to settle ! but some friend say me stupid choose because my price can pay near Italy furniture offer
Normal price is 800 - 1000 / ft which depend on what material you choose for the suface coating! But you must make sure what kind of material they use for you and how reliable.

It sounds a bit expensive wor, but what material they will give u? material is very important and is it from CHina? Is it reliable?
I am not sure actually as i use the total for the whole house...
Which company u asked? U really have to be careful!
The company i used, i dont think they will just do furniture.
