I got the party card six years ago when I bought cake cards (50 pcs) for my wedding. At the time, I think maxim cake shop just started to promote the party card, and the staff of maxim cake shop gave me the application form to apply for it. So, the party card is not for staff. Why don't you ask the staff how to apply for it?
