- go to word
- open the mail merge tool bar (view:mail merge)
- go to mail merge (a box should open and shown on the right hand side of the page)
- then select label option
- choose the righe size of the label that you want
- follow "next - arrange your labels"
- follow "next - select data from file" (select your excel file)
- go to the mail merge tool bar, then press insert merge field icon (click to the icon that shows insert merge field)
- insert the field as how you wish it shows e.g. co name, add1, add2...etc
- press the propagate label icon (click to the icon that shows propagate label)
- follow "next - arrange your label"
- follow "next - preview your label"
- save the file then you can print
