No ah. If she start the 2nd contract, she is entitle to have the Labour Holiday even thought the first 3 months.

Maid does not entitle to have labour holiday in her first contract the first 3 months.

My maid's contract will be ended April 18, 2007. I will sign 2nd contract with her. But I will let her to have the 14 days annual leave from Mar 29, 2007 to April 15, 2007 (total 14 working days). My question is whether I need to sign the 2nd contract with her before or after her leave? Anything I need to be aware of?
