Do you mean to create like ecard birthday invitation?
I did the invitation (custom-made) for my niece's birthday (every year).
Are you looking for a fancy one?
I can send you some pictures of her invitations if you want. If I have time, I can help you making one too.

Sorry for the late reply.
I didn't have any website...what I meant was...I can create one for you. I was working as computer programmer and did some design as well, so I can do these things and I love to do it too. That's why I created one every year for my niece's birthday. Anyway...send me your email address so I can send you some of her invitation cards (ecard).
