As per property agent and Henderson Land's info...
For houses of about 2,700' with not-so-good direction and view, the unit price is much lower (about $5200/sq ft) and it may only costs you $14 million.
For those with better view, the unit price can go up to $8000/sq ft.

According to my friend who is an experienced architect, when only talk about the houses' design and quality, the Vineyard will be of even better quality.
