Actually there is no announced schedule for release by CK yet. Things may have to be settled on the design of the buildings to satisfy environmental protestors to certain extent. On other hand, CK still need to settle financial matters with KCRC.
I believe probably the project will be released stage by stage (as there is a total of over 4,000 units altogether) earliest 2008 and the project complete around 2010, average price $5000 ~ $6,000/ft (present value).
so is it acturally building now? do u know the size of each flats?
Not any construction has started yet. Better wait for CK's announcement in future. I strongly believe there should be diffferent sort of sizes from small to big (special) units to choose from, as there are over 4,000 units.
There should be a big Park N Shop superstore in the estate, and no window toilet (which is popular among estates developed by CK in recent years) is inevitable in units on sale in future.
