Relax. A month ago when my son was 19 months, he ate like a COW, shuffling all the food.....very enjoying....but now, he suddenly does not like to eat rice. He had spagetti last night and seem to enjoy eating and playing also...so lunch, I minched cheese, egg and mashed carrot and spread them on the bread and he ate some of it. sometimes i have been too tough on his eating habit and i keep reminding myself that eating should be an anjoying process both the child and the feeder. So RELAX, once he is hungry, he will eat......
he does not like drinking water so now I did pretend play with him, with his favourite Teddy Bear drinking the water and then TeddyBear hold the cup and him drink from it, I works 9 out of 10 times ! Be creative also!
