I'm not a dentist but I work in a dental office. In your case, if it didn't 崩 too much and it's not painful for your baby, the dentist normally will not do anything for him/her. Cuz your BB will have to sit very very still to do things. But of couse, if you worry about it, you can go see a dentist and ask what you can do. My daughter has a little 崩 on her front tooth also but we didn't do anything. It's always a good idea to bring your bb to see dentist every year since he/she is one year old. Just to let your BB get used to the dentist and will not be afraid of the dentist.
