1)薯仔蕃茄豬骨湯(對bb骨骼好)
2)鯇魚/大魚尾節瓜豆腐湯(對視力好同保鈣)
3)大眼雞紅蘿蔔豆腐湯(對視力好同保鈣)
4)花膠豬展湯(保蛋白質同對bb皮膚好)
一星期飲足骨湯,魚湯同花膠湯,就包搞掂,如需要補血既媽咪就可以煲豬潤水:
5)豬潤10
豬肉5(小小)
雞蛋2隻(煎成蛋塊備用)
薑8-10片笈小許 絲
