我印尼褓姆就會漫米一晚﹐ 第二日早上就開始煲粥大概D粥開始杰就停﹐再用sau 機sau﹐ 拎sau機底下面o固D粥﹐就好綿囉﹐﹐﹐﹐﹐大概都唔洗半個鐘。。。要加菜就cut好﹐最後5-10分鐘先落一起煮。。。不過我就覺得只好用係細BB﹐大D就好似大過綿o瓜。。。 |

先將米放油攪好,再放入boiling water.煮直至粥熟至白色. 用什麽煲都得,我未用過電飯煲煮. |

我夜晚用保溫杯浸左d米,第二朝d米係開晒,但保來保去都保唔到好綿咁既.....保極d米都係一粒粒爛晒.... |

We bought a National slow cooker. It is very conveninet. It takes around 1 1/2 hour to cook very smooth and creamy congee. No hustle. No need to look after it. |
