i use 'rasonic' electric clay pot (the one with clear plasitic container). it takes me 1 hour to cook, not rice soaking needed. i put the minced pork together with the rice. the congee is very smooth & tasty. no stickiness, no stirring, no checking on the stove!

my bun-bun eats the left over because it's delicilous!

i boil it once a day and it can keep warm until the evening. for the vegetable, i usually make 2 days reserve, boil and mince and freeze in the freezer until use. just add 2 cube to the hot congee before eating.

the claypot is also good for making pumkin congee.

i bought rasonic 1L rice cooker. But I can't manage the portion of raw rice and water to be taken ? How much raw rice and water do you use for cooking congee ?

我大女同細仔,都係用瓦煲煲粥仔,飯仔,煲出來好綿好好味架!
所以佢兩個都好鍾意食呀!

次次都食一大碗架! :-) 仲要個口張得很大tim:pint:
