i were using the tradition method. when water become less & started to have 'big big' bubbles, keep stirring the congee. The congee will become very soft. won't take too long to use this method, usually around 35 mins. |

入真空杯前, 個杯要用滾水預熱(放入粥前才倒掉水), 米前一晚洗好浸住, 效果更佳, 焗得夠唔會似潮洲粥的, 米前一晚洗好浸住,系賣成晚都俾水浸住,到煲時先倒左d水?甘樣怕唔怕d米無左d米味啊?定系洗不浄d米後倒掉d水,然後就甘放住d米過夜?謝謝 |
