真係又一偉大既發現... 反正屋企有真空壺, 可以慳番唔使買煲:excited: :excited: :excited:

以下係節錄自前面的BK媽媽教路
1. wash 米 (about 2 tablespoons) and soak it with water for 2 hours
2. take out the 米 and put inside 真空壺
3. bring about 1.5 cup of water to a boil and add to 真空壺 (I usually use back the water I use to soak 米)
4. after 2 hours, pour out the congee and bring to boil and leave it on low heat for another 10-15 minutes for plain congee or you may add the meat and vegetable to boil for this 10-15 minutes

各位好,我用十倍粥方法試左, 但唔得ar, 是否有地方出錯呢?請指教:
1) 1湯匙米, 用10湯匙水浸左2小時以上
2) 倒入煲內煲 (但我覺得水太少, 所以加多左半碗水), 煲袞, 轉小火煮30分鐘, 其間有stir, 然後放入真空煲 (但我見已差不多乾水, 於是約15分鐘便放入真空煲)
3) 10-15分鐘後開蓋
發現米是軟, 但仍是一粒粒及沒有水. 即是失敗啦!!

請問有什麼地方出錯? 我b6個多月大, 開始試食粥仔, 所以要食多水及綿的粥. 有什麼見議呢?
