想請教, 聽講煲粥唔好用spoon "攪" 太多, 會好易有風, 如果唔"攪", 咪好易"chee"底 :roll: 咁可以點做呀? :-?

另外, 係咪可以放d果皮會"正氣"d?? :mrgreen:

Yes, I follow meowmi's method, it's very good. Just want to add... if soak the 米 with water before putting it into the 真空壺, the congee gets more 綿 after we 焗 it in 真空壺 for 2-3 hrs.

寶貝仔,

No, I do it like this:

1. wash 米 (about 2 tablespoons) and soak it with water for 2 hours
2. take out the 米 and put inside 真空壺
3. bring about 1.5 cup of water to a boil and add to 真空壺 (I usually use back the water I use to soak 米)
4. after 2 hours, pour out the congee and bring to boil and leave it on low heat for another 10-15 minutes for plain congee or you may add the meat and vegetable to boil for this 10-15 minutes

You may try and let me know if it works for you.

My personal opinion is to avoid using MICROWAVE to prepare any dishes or meals for baby.
