I have a friend who told me his money disappeared from his wallet almost everyday for the past months already. I am shock and thus I ask a lot of questions. now I think I can not solve this matter also and hope someone here can crack this for me. I am really curious how he lost his money from his wallet so often. Any brain storming is welcome.

Sorry, I should give more details. The first time he find his money missing is when he withdraw from the ATM for $3000 on night. After he reached home, he took his shower and slept. The next morning he did not check but when he needed to pay his bill at noon, he found he had only $2500 but the ATM slip shows $3000. Because he had been drinking that day before his withdrawal, he thought he make a mistake.

The second time he found his wallet less of $400 because our secretary passed him the money he claimed for expense. The secretary confirmed with me when I asked her. But that night he did not drink and went straight home. He forgot what he did for the night,maybe watching televison or go online. But the next day he had no money at all in his wallet and I had to spend him breakfast.

唔見幾多?
屋企有d咩人/有咩人出入?
佢數學/記憶力好唔好?

解釋:
唔見得多, 有可能係有人偷, 唔見得少, 可能係佢自己買左野唔記得~
屋企人可能急用, 係佢銀包度攞, 我同我老公都會, 不過通常會話聲比對方聽~
如果有工人, 小心偷錢~
最後問記憶力好唔好, 就係可能佢買左野, 但搭車時漏左, 或唔記得左自己買左d乜
我同老公有時都會, 間唔時check a/c, 會覺得點解得返咁少錢, 就會努力回想買左d乜, 有時真係記唔起架!

Last weekend, he told me his story while we were drinking and he even showed me his wallet. I am sure I saw 3 five hundred notes and 2 hundred dollars notes but the next day, he told me he has 2 five hundred dollars notes and three hundred dollars notes. He asked my opinion and so I tried to explore with him all possiblities.

我銀包d錢都係咁,星期一禁咗d錢,未到星期三已經無哂, 我已經係日日pack lunch, 同埋唔大駛嗰d人嚟

He is married with three children. Two are ver young and his eldest is 17 years old. I had been to his house and I am very sure the two younger children will not steal. Don't ask me how I know as I am very sure of it. They are not capable to steal at all. He has a helper too. I presumme we can susspect his wife, his eldest child and his helper. His room is not lock at night he said. Everybody can go in anytime. But I can count the helper out now as his helper left last week for vacation and his money is still disappearing.

Most of the time he lost a few hundreds the maximum he lost $1200. At first I think the thief should be his helper. He also think so until his helper left last wednesday as her family has a problem. His mother when to his house to help him now. The next person is his wife or his child. But I know his wife is working and a nice lady. Moreover, she is not that type of people who will steal. If she needs money, I am sure my friend will definetely give her. Still, maybe she has problem and can not tell anyone.

Last Saturday three of us are together, this friend, my wife and me drinking. My wife left at about 10 PM and we begin to talk about this money lost problem. He suspect his child but he said it's not quite possible as one time he went home at 2 AM and left home at 6:30 AM, all the people at home are sleeping.

Probably his elder son. If it is his wife, the amount would not be so small.

That is when he show me his wallet and he told me he can not express to his family as he is afraid he will hurt people. I knew him for more than 20 years and I know he is a careful person, not a flirt, no mistress, work very hard and earn his decent living. Sometimes because of project based work, we will work together. We are from the same company but different department. I did not know totally how much he find missing but a few hundred a day is a lot. Moreover, counted from the first time he find his money missing is after Chinese New Year this year.

如果係咁佢老婆攞嘅機會大啲, 會唔會係啲小朋友要交乜費物費, 佢老婆係佢銀包攞咋!

我媽咪以前都係咁架, 所以老豆有時都會炸形!

Actually, I began to think is his problem as I have think of all the possiblities. from his domestic helper to his wife and his son. But I do not know if this is something to do with memory. I know it's hard for him to accuse his wife nor his child. But I am sure if his wife need money, she will not take so little, a few hundred a day? if his child, then his boy is very daring and knows his daddy very well.
