My maid work in my house for 1 year, I let her to take vacation back to Indo from Oct 13 - 21, but she didn't return to home last nite...I called her cell phone, no one answer, I called to her indo home , no one call speak English..I really don't know what to do?? cannot find her...can you please give me some advise..If possible, pls call me, i will pm my cell # to u...i really feel upset!!

oec form

請問工人續約, 填報oec form,
1) 是否一定要個工人自己去做同簽名? 傭主可否代填?
2) 是否一定要先定下回國日期並出機票才可取/填form?
3) 是吾要等oec form取得, 才去入境處辦手續?

我個印僱剛做了兩個月,今天剛發現她用了我媽媽手提打IDD到南韓(seven times),我可以怎辨,假如她不認.

Hello. Please please help me with my problem::idea:

I gave my maid a one-month notice warning letter to warn her she needed to improve her working attitude on Oct 20. She and I co-signed the letter after she read and understood the letter. On the next morning (Oct 21), she asked for the resignation because she thought she couldn't fulfill my requirement. As the result, I took her to the agent company on the same day.

Question 1: I don't need to give her 1 month salary because the 1 month notice warning letter is co-signed?

Question 2: I only need to give her the salary Nov 1-Nov 20 as I pay her 1st day of every month?

Question 3: Di I need to give her a termination letter or other form of letter for her release in this case?

Dear mrs. Rose,

我都係第一次請工人，10月8號交齊文件同於agent度簽約請海外印傭，因而家家中有事希望印傭早d到，個agent話最早都要12月中，以妳的經驗，是否真的12月中會到？agent見我咁急，提議我請part time bun bun，有個bun bun而家香港等見官，第一次同第二次見官中間應有2 weeks可以來幫手，計番日薪俾佢，妳認為可行嗎？好煩惱！

完約前一個月攪續約即可，你可以去入境處取一套續約文件，內面有詳細例明所需文件及手續，睇左唔明再問我。我從未見過唔識攪續約既Bun，重有大把時間叫佢去菲律賓領事館問點做，會有專人教佢。至於費用係全部由僱主負責，contract fee $297.50, visa fee $160 & owwa $200。

I tried to call you but nobody answer, I just reply you here. If she want to come back she will come back, if not even you can contact her the answer will be negative, right? My advice is just wait for 3 days see whether she will back or not, after 3 days she still no show please remeber to send a letter to Immigration to cut her work visa. At the same time looking for a new helper.

OEC並唔係續約既文件! OEC係回鄉放假時先要申請，係當地出境時必需既文件。

首先所有電話一定要加密碼鎖，叫你Agent問清楚佢，唔認就叫Agent翻譯打去南韓，睇下對方係咪印尼人，係就再問下佢識唔識你個工人。問清楚係咪佢先，印妹一般都會認既!

一般係吾會煩僱主既，但記得通知財務你巳炒左工人。點追工人還錢係財務既事，我地唔駛理咁多。

請在本地滿約工人，申請visa需時約一個月，我諗你一月初開始見工人都ok。

印尼領事館12/10至21/10新年休息，你問下Agent出左合約未，如巳出及已入Immigration咁都有可能12月中會到。但如未入/出合約，我相信工人無可能12月中會到。另外用part time bun bun係犯法嫁，你最好諗清楚先用!

ANS: {I assume what you mean now is that she is resigning by giving you one month notice instead. Of course you should still pay her for the period she serve you till the last day in your house. Even with your warning letter, you still have to pay her till the last day. UNLESS she is resign and want to leave your house immediately, she can use her Oct month salary as the payment to offset.}

Question 2: I only need to give her the salary Nov 1-Nov 20 as I pay her 1st day of every month?

ANS:{If her last working day is Nov 20, yes.}

Question 3: Di I need to give her a termination letter or other form of letter for her release in this case?

ANS:{ If she is resign, you better ask her to give you a resignation letter instead. Once she leave your house and within 7 days, you must inform the HK Immigration about the termination of the contract . It is your choice whether to give her a release a letter or not.}
