事緣係請緊個新工人，但突然有事唔要，　巳通知人民入境事務署職員，　佢話巳幫我取消個檔案，　不需要跟進任何嘢，
　但 Agency 打電話比我，　話個新工人巳借晒錢，
　唔要唔得，　仲話要去小額錢債處告我, 而家我好擔心, 請問有冇人可以回答我這個問題. 請幫幫我......

Agency只是靠嚇,工人未到HK就不會借錢.

you need to pay the agency fee only, no other business of the maid's loan between she and her agency.

其實入境署職員已經答左你, "巳取消檔案，不需要跟進任何嘢". 但d agent fee 一定無得 refund.

I aldy paid the agent fee $1,500, I know the agent fee 一定無得refund, but she said still need 去小額錢債處告我. so I want to ask & know more....

i think the agent just wants to scare you. there should be no problem, just wait and see.

i think this is a bad agent, you better tell us the name.
