我係用Tefal (20 L)o既,我覺得幾好用,下面o既發熱線有塊板隔住,方便清洗,我以前o個隻係無塊板隔住,比條發熱線阻住好難清潔,我本來係想買Delonghi o架,不過又覺得Tefal好似大路D(個牌子),所以買o左Tefal.總括o黎講我幾滿意.(不過無上下火分開調教o既功能)

我用緊Tefal 18L，都幾好用，但就係開始嫌細，如果地方同$$$都唔係問題，建議買大ｄsize, at least 26L.

Zen, thank you, 久仰大名, 我見過妳好多好勁的作品, 妳做的bread真是無得頂, 原來妳是用Tefal這牌子, 想問下熱力會不會跟妳調較的有偏差嗎

哎呀！妳唔好咁講啦，尼度好多高手架，我仲係初班咋，我要搵０”娟”先得啦

個爐係有溫差的，約低20度，但好似尼個係每個牌子都會出現的現象，只是視乎温差有多大而已．

我用Tefal舊款(標板印紅色字)26L嗰隻，焗麵包蛋糕非常均勻。但係唔知係咪均勻過頭，表面非常淺色，初初重以為焗唔熟。唔嫌淡色，焗出嚟嘅蛋糕其實好好食，如果表面有裝飾，更加唔使顧慮表面唔變燶嘅問題。焗麵包都好軟，但係表面冇焦香，感覺上有啲怪。將溫度提高都改善唔到。唔知係我部機嘅個別問題，定係嗰陣成批都係咁。如果咁多人都話好用，我諗新款(標板印藍色字)應該冇呢個問題。我最滿意係焗芝士餅裂痕好少好細，唔使專登搵嘢遮醜。燒烤亦好正，如果舊肉唔係太崎嶇，表面燒到完全金黃色，都好少會出現焦黑部分。

Delonghi喺永安總行見過。未用過，唔知性能點。佢個大爐(都係大約廿六、七升)功能好似多過Tefal，有熱風對流，獨立上、下發熱(Tefal好似唔可以下面獨立發熱)…等，但係價錢就貴啲。你諗吓需唔需要呢啲功能再決定買邊部。

因我見過兩間教整cake的舖頭佢地都係用Delonghi的焗爐，所以應該好好。
請問知唔知delonghi的焗爐約幾錢1部？

我剛打電話給整 Cake 的 Teacher, she said Delonghi (滴龍威) 的焗爐 is better but costed HK$2,300 for 26 ltr oven. As this oven has a little fan inside, then the heat will be more stable in the oven.

I bought my Delonghi from Sogo about 2 years ago. It was on sale at the time plus I get extra 5% off with Sogo card. Hence it cost me less than $2000. A worthwhile investment.
