Responsibilities:

- Handle full set shipping documents independently

- Work closely with internal and external parties for shipment scheduling and arrangement

- Keep track of shipments and update shipment details

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above

- 4 years relevant experience in shipping with food trading background or knowledge in food regulations will be an advantage but not essential

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Tradelink and import procedures

- Good command in English and Putonghua

- Self-motivated; able to work independent and under pressure

- Immediate available preferred
