講到RELAX,我本人是一個樂天+思想單純ger人,所以比較無煩惱+壓力,但自從進行"造人"計劃後,自己知道無形的壓力開始有lu,雖然工作上會有少少"trouble",but小事一件jer

~~,"造人"wor緊係大件事la,又要check體溫,又要知邊日排卵,又要得是否會mc/bingo左,唔bingo又會諗點解唔work,邊樹出現問題呢

?你話d壓力幾大ar,就算唔諗住,佢都存在緊 :cry: ~~
但我好彩,家裏有2隻傻狗替我減壓,hubby又會幫我分擔家務事,閒時自己去shopping(好free gar),最好一年去幾次旅行la(可惜唔得),咁應該都幾[size=medium]relaxgar,你o地又點睇呢

my idea is 不如大家試下間中傾d easy topics啦, 唔好成日forcus on how to bingo會好d, 身邊的sisters' experiences all proved it work well if we can try our best to relax, relax and relax~~~~~~~~ anyway, best wishes to u!

Wa!!! Totally agreed ar!!! You're right.我地太過focus響how to bingo,egg day,mc...其實依家咩環境我地自己都清楚晒都係太緊張所致...所以大家傾d normal d o既家常便話可能會有幫助...個心唔駛成日唸住會好好多.

其實都係要個人放鬆下, 不過講就容易, 做就難囉. 我覺得睇下喜劇都好, 睇緊果陣吾使煩, 昨晚睇左套"追擊八月十五"超好笑, 笑, 有時係要自找既.

其實我都係過來人, 之前 tried 咗7 mths 先bingo, 我諗都係因我太 focus 諗 "bingo bingo bingo..." 而不自覺太緊張, 後尾有d放棄, 就冇介囗, 冇dodo at eggday, 點知反而bingo.... ?-( ?-( ?-( 我信relax 好好好好好緊要, try to 同老公拍吓拖, 蒲吓, 旅行, but 不要為生bb而去旅行, 拍吓拖, 蒲....而係當放吓自己&老公假期, enjoy enjoy 一番

我都好贊成放鬆d心情, 會好d. 去旅行都好, 不過要用得多d$$$$$. 同老公行下街, 睇下戲, 係coffee shop睇下雜誌飲下野, 都好relax架, 又或且同一大班朋友食飯飲野傾偈都好開心架.
