(1) You can sell your coins to banks and surprisingly, banks offer better rates than the Jewel Shop. I sold mine (1/4 oz) yesterday. Hang Seng bank offered $2810
Wing Lung: $2792
Bank of China: $2788
Chow Sang Sang: $23xx

(2) Don't tear the plastic wrap of your coin. Banks don't buy back coins without the wrap. And be careful, some staff at Jewel shop might not know this. The lady at Chow Tai Fok wanted to tear the plastic to weigh my coin!!! (actully the coin is a 1/4 oz coin. she didn't need to weigh it at all!!)

我有澳洲鴻運金幣1/20 oz, 銀行會收嗎?
walk in bank ok? or go to chow tai fook sell it ok

not sure about 澳洲鴻運金幣. You can call the banks to ask them if they will buy it.

如果開咗個膠套, jewel shop will buy. Actually someone on the web said that some banks might buy back coin without the plastic (of course the value will be less than the one with the plastic) You need to check. But Wing Lung Bank told me they will NOT buy coins without plastic.

Have 膠套 or not? BOC will buy back, but no 膠套, they offer very cheap. it's around $200 each now..if you only have 2, maybe just keep it. Other coin shops also buy, but 差價 is bigger..Bank's 差價 is less.

Hang Seng will buy back Aus ANA gold coins, but not sure will buy 1/20 oz or not..you can check with them.

版主話如果有加拿大楓葉金幣可以去銀行問問價, 因為銀行價會靚過金行價...
佢賣咗佢個1/4安士價錢如下:
恆生$2810
永隆ng: $2792
中銀: $2788
周生生: $23xx

另外, 版主提大家唔好拆包住金幣嘅膠套, 因為有d銀行會唔收, 就算收都會平一截!! (佢去金行問價時個職員枇幫佢拆個套, 所以要小心!!)
