回覆：fried bananas w brown sugar n cheese

recipe:
rice flour - 1 small cup
corn flour - 1 teaspoon
sugar -1 tablespoon
salt-1 teaspoon
baking powder - 1pinch

mixed together

dip bananas into batter n fry

grate cheese.n brown sugar
put on top after bananas cool down

does it taste salty or sweet? i have never think of adding cheese to a dessert.but that is good try though

bananas will be sweet n w the cheese will be slightly salty. I use cheedar cheese.

so nice to get ur msg.
We went to DB today to hunt for some apartment as we need to move there in July! And we have to get one soon as we are leaving for Germany for holiday on July 5.
Where about do you live?
Originally i wanted to live close to the pier like Woodland Court, but when i saw a garden one (small one) in Siena Two. We like it so much as there is a small garden, where ppl can have BBQ, kids can run...

What do you think of Siena Two as my son needs to go taking the ferry everyday for his school on HK island?
