No I haven't moved in yet. But I think the environment should be pretty good. Quiet and convenient. Are you living there?

Quiet (except the units facing Ma Tau Wei Road to the east, which face heavy traffic and very noisy)

Convenient (if you own a car, but carpark fee quite expensive. No MTR at least for the next 10 years.)

Alimum,

You are correct that those facing MaTauKok will be noisy. But my apartment is facing to the other side. So it's quiet. And I think the transportation network is pretty OK though there is no MTR. A lot of bus and mini-bus going everywhere, especially my kid's schools and my husband's office are all within walking distance. Different people have different standard. What can I say??
