I bought it half a year ago cos it was cheaper and the functions seem more modern. But it did not work out well for 3 times. The frist 2 times were problems that the water came out non-stop when we did not push the button (for water out) anymore. The recent problem (happened the last week) was that the electric pot suddenly did not work which was like power off. Since it is under warranty, changing of parts and repairing was free of charge. But every time when my hb took it to the maintenance centre (at Yaumatei), it took more than one week to get it repared. It of course caused a lot of inconvenience when we still need hot water to make the formula for my little son.
Then I give up this time. I used a bit more money to buy a more reliable brand. BTW, my brother also bought the same brand, Rasonic at the same time as I did. But his one works well. So, I think I am the unlucky one.
