以我的case, "Mathew" is not acceptable, only can use "Matthew". "Mathew" is a variation from Matthew still object from my Parish Church. As such, Celesta maybe a variation from another name.
Baptism name
(taken from the Pastoral Manual, 1997 edition,
Diocese of Rockville Centre)
1. Although it is a long-standing custom, a saint's name is not a requirement.
2. A baptismal name that is offensive to Christians is not permitted; a saint's name not necessary. Offensive names include Lucifer, Beelzebul, Hitler, etc.
3. Names from the Old Testament are perfectly acceptable.

The meaning of "Celesta" is Heavenly; divine. It has a beautiful meaning but do not have a history background of a Saint to follow.
如不需聖人歷史做background, "Celesta" is a good name.
