I've seen many cases here regarding BF babies have no poopoo for few days. Since your little one is on BF, it should be OK. Something to do with breast milk is easy to digest. I've seen a mom reported that her little one has no poopoo for 10 days (if not more) and still OK. Even the doctor said it's alright as long as enough intake and weewee.
So do not worry too much. Since your little one is so young and hasn't started solid food, you don't need to give her water or anything.
