Want to ask take how long for you receive the confirmation after u made the payment??
I pay on 31/12/2014 till now still got no confirmation and been email them many time, ONLY got one email replay as below:

As we have lots of email and bookings, and we need time to make the confirmation file,
for we can process it quickly, please kindly wait for us.

We will send the confirmation file at least 2~3 DAYS before your tour date.

Please use confirmation file to take the bus.

You can show the picture on the phone to the driver and you don't need to print it out.

We appreciate your understanding and waiting.

Today 27/1 and i will use the bus on 18/2, on my position i do worry as i travelling with young child, i need to ensure we got the connecting seat but till now i don't even know will they reserve me a seat!! So bad luck to use GRACE Travel!!

Have sent email to ask yesterday and today again, they don't reply it at all!

What can i do.....

你有無收到個email 個attachment 入面, 係一張有bar code 嘅confirmation?
有無收到paypal email 比你個receipt?

Got paypal receipt but nothing from Grace travel!!

I know i suppose to have a bar code confirmation that's why i have sent email to ask for couple time, but they don't reply at all once they got my payment!! unbelievable poor service they are!!

My USD 342

most important is i don't sure am i really got the two ways seats reserved!!

禾舊年同今年都係同佢訂.

其實禾又唔覺得佢地好慢,
因為每次SEND EMAIL 比佢做某d steps, 佢都會有email 覆返話noted.

According to other bk JM who were booked their ski bus on 20 Feb and she already got the bar code, than what u think is not the reality then! Means they really could do it very fast but not for me!! I do worry for them miss my order as they never really answer my email! Horrible service!

我book 左23/2回程由滑雪場出市區。
我上星期都有問grace travel 何時會有bar code，她說18/2 左右俾我，我希望17/2 前有 bar code啦！

Invoice俾完錢即收到，要俾埋個barcode（紀錄左上車資料）。

你呢張係咪PayPal receipt?

如果係,你再等下啦，之後阿Lin 會再有個email 比你，有2個attachments,一個係duty fee coupon, 另一張係用來上車嘅barcode confirmation.
