我想找個菲傭照顧初生bb. Agent介紹左一個較適合的菲傭給我,睇左d 資料, 都ok, 佢有4個仔女, 在菲律賓做過兩份照顧bb的工作, 佢個樣笑容可嘉。

我想問, 呢一次係我第一次請工人, 一些經驗都沒有,
1.
1. 想問還有什麼要注意? 例如: agent 會否有古惑?
2.
2. 個agent 話可以做phone interview, 請問有什麼可以問到?
3.
3. 哎, 個agent話可以hold3日, 我又覺得呢個菲傭幾好, 而且我個bb12月中就出生, 點算?

I will never hire a maid who has never worked overseas cause they never experienced home sickness. My uncles likes to hire maid without overseas experience and a few ran home after a few months. Sometimes because they felt homesick, sometimes because their kids were too upset back home...missing mom to much...keep calling and mom cries each time...then resign...then u are in big wok with new born.

Also Phil and Indo have low hygiene standard. Their child caring skills may be too dirty for u and u need to train again yourself.

I will hire someone with overseas baby-caring experience, especially Singapore. Smarter, cleaner and knows how to cook Chinese food.

Maids from Middle East are not as smart and do not know all chores as people there hire a few maids in the house.
