Q1. Asus and Gigibyte are more or less the same. MSI is a lower end one. Personally, I'll pick Asus.
Q2. AMD is OK. In fact, choosing between Intel and AMD is like Mercedes vs Lexus or Toyota vs Honda. Personal preference.
Q3. 1155 have problem with SATA controller and will degrade overtime. Since Intel have already announced that shipment has all been put on halt, don't think u'll be able to find one in the market these days (unless it's a parallel goods).
