一般係咪會講明探視權有幾多日, 星期幾, 同埋可唔可以指定地點 ?

It really depends on how both parties negotiate. And how old is the child, etc..

'Access' can be arrange to:

-Staying access - over night / weekend / split the long holiday

-Alternative weekend day time visit / staying over.

Of course you may request where and when, but need the other party to agree.

You can ask your solicitor to draft a consent summon if the other party agree then will be order by court.
