好容易傷風感冒,煲咩好?

想補好個身體要bb,但一補親就傷風感冒,煲咩好?請指教

我以前成日傷風感冒, 一食熱氣野就生飛之，喉龍痛，個個月睇一兩次医生，食藥食到怕。朋友介紹食一隻加拿大的靈芝，兩三星期后feel 到身體好左好多。甚至食熱氣野都冇事。最好就係唔貴，平過睇医生。己經幾個月冇睇医生了。

牌子叫 Rejuveno, 一樽(60粒)。Retail$438 / Membership price $338. 同事介紹入會買的。我一日食2 粒。效果好好。最緊要就係加拿大出的，夠安全。如果係大陸的就唔好攪我！

容昒傷風感冒就要維他命A,C.維他命A係保護同增強黏膜組織. 如果呼吸道容易破損的話. 病菌就會乘虛而入了. 維他命C可以增強抵抗力. 所以我建議你補充胡蘿蔔素.同複合維他命C, 可以安全地轉化成維他命A外更可抗氧化.對美白效果都好好啊.

I have heard this brand before in Canada. Some Chinese doctors recommend to their patients. But where can I buy in HK ?
