I had this before, I use wet paper to clean after toileting, it certainly improve the condition. Don't use dry paper, it hurts you. In addition, I bought a bidet which actualy heal my hemorrhoids and I don't have constipation problem as well. you may look at this site which have a movie download about the enema function.
