You can try to use a toothpaste called 'EMOFORM' which is specially for 牙週病. Although it will not make your 牙週病 go aways, but will improve a bit. Better to use this specific 牙週病 toothpaste than normal one.
you can find this kind of toothpaste in some big pharmacies.
