想買i pad，一搬用黎上網，睇片打機，買i pad好定mini好？謝。

Depends. If u want to have better mobility, mini is a better options as it fits women purse and wt less. Meanwhile, 10" iPad gives u better immersion in the games.

下個月出最 ipad air & ipad mini 2 ~ size & price 其他冇分別.

依家又話ram大家都係1gb，又只差2吋，真係冇乜分別。

To start with, I'm talking about iPad Air and iPad mini2, not the previous version.

U r right, in terms of CPU and camera, both are the same.

Mind u that all iPad are 4:3 format. Thus, if u r using iPad mini to watch a 16:9 format's movie, "display screen" on iPad would be quite small (since u'll have two black bars on top and bottom of the scree).

Meanwhile, suggested u visit Apple Store in mid Oct to have a look and feel.

Bottom line, using 10" or 7" really depends on ur usage. Currently, I have an iPad 3 (10") for reading magazines. But will grab a Mini 2 soon due to it's portability.
