U r in deep shit.
Solution 1. System Restore 
Restore previous last known good. Quickest and easiest.
Solution 2. Safe Mode 
Try to boot ur system from safe mode (usually u'll hit the same error, but I'll keep my finger cross). If u could, go to Event Viewer by typing "eventvwr". Check the files that reported corrupted. Copy and paste these files from another machine and u should be OK. Meanwhile, u r pushing ur luck.
Solution 3. System Repair 
Usually, this is the only way to fix ur PC if Restore Point was not activated.
Insert Windows DVD and boot from DVD. Select "System Repair / Upgarde" and let Windows to fix it 4 u. If u don't have the DVD, check ur machine ( say, if it's a Dell, HP, Lenovo ...) to see if it could boot from "Restore Partition". Boot from this partition and then perform System Repair. DO NOT attempt to perform a CLEAN INSTALLATION or else, everything will be DELETED (u've been warned 
). If u ain't sure what I'm talking about or have no idea what u r going to do, u r, literally, doom
