我知唔好但真係忍唔住，每朝返到公司即刻冲一杯，中午才泵奶，返左工三個星期，琴晚bb好扭計，以為佢扭眼訓，點知今曰肚痾兩次，其實有時我仲飲茶添，大慨一杯，我以前習慣茶當水饮.....我甘樣饮法係咪唔好

每日一杯應該冇問題。英國指引係一日max2杯添。你bb冇不良反應就唔使咁擔心。我自己都差不多一日或隔日一杯。

但咁咩叫多呢？用比孕婦嘅建議，係每日不多過200mg咖啡因就OK，而一杯約100mg，所以就等於2杯。

但一杯又幾多又睇下你買乜咖啡。如Starbxxxx，不同size都唔同咖啡因分量。

美國嘅guideline就清晰D。
呢度話每日可以3杯添。

有不良反應就要減少或停飲，睇下係咪咖啡引起的。
